Don’t be afraid to say no to if someone asks you somewhere, sometimes Wer so used to saying yes to everything, & doing what everyone else wants of us that it eventually leaves us feeling unfulfilled of what our actual needs are. Fulfilling your own needs are so important, especially when It comes to reaching your goals.. •
That feeling of overwhelm & stress 🤯and that feeling where time just rushes past you &you’ve not got anything done. You’ve still not booked the holiday, you’ve still not quit your job, still haven’t lost any weight. And time is flying by. And someone else wants your attention there’s never any time for you.. This is where setting aside time to literally DO nothing, but focusing on you. This will free up so much more mental energy to then focus on you & the things you actually care about. •
There’s being ‘busy’ & then there’s ‘busy doing important things’ - what do you spend majority of your time doing?
