I saw my tummy rolls in the mirror while I was changing at my trailer in the Adirondack Mountains this weekend and I didn’t freak out about it, criticize myself, or automatically list the ways in which I was going to change my diet in order to lose weight. I actually felt like my body looked great. AHHHH, IT FELT SO GOOD.
It’s crazy how everything’s been changing for me still.
Like I think that I have it all figured out, and the BOOM. There’s still a bunch more to learn.
So how can YOU feel comfortable in your skin? That’s the really question, right? 🤔
You want to know what I did so that you can be free too.
You want to know HOW THE HECK you stop hating on your body, stop restricting your food (so you can *actually* stop binge eating), and get out of your own freakin’ way so you can be HAPPY and healthy.
Oh babe, I feel you.
And I want you to know it is possible to move forward. To leave the issues in the past instead of letting them define you always.
You can LEARN.
And I will teach you e v e r y t h i n g. ✨Free MASTERCLASS✨ in my bio!
I’ll meet you there 😘
The Bree that finally knows what it means to love herself unconditionally (and forgives herself when she forgets how do it)
🇨🇦They are countless things you could try or buy in an attempt to turn back the clock. But your best bet? WORKING OUT IS THE BEST!
🇨🇴Son innumerables las cosas que puedes probar o comprar en un intento por hacer retroceder el reloj. Pero tu mejor apuesta? ¡ENTRENAR ES LO MEJOR!
The shadow work that's needed to get to the next level is HELL. Pure HELL. BUT U HAVE TO STAY WITH IT. U HAVE TO KNOW U ARE WORTH IT. Dont think it's just the gym and the healthy eating that's gonna get U over because that's not it. The last piece of the puzzle is Y.O.U. #lookwithin#loveyourself#SelfLoveFirst🕉👁💫❤ #theenlightenmentofshewhichisme
When we allow ourselves the space to feel, process, reflect and heal, we set the precedent that "I am important to me". When we do this, we enforce –and reinforce– the love, respect and compassion we have for ourselves; it consequently teaches others how to treat us as well. Every time we give our self the space we need, is another opportunity to remind ourselves of our value - of what what want for ourselves and what we deserve for ourselves. We send the message of what we accept into our life and what no longer serves us. It sets and strengthens boundaries.
What statements have you made to yourself and your life recently?
BODY LOVE,... What is that for you?
Practise gratitude.. Instead on focusing on what you don't like about your body, try to think about what it does for you and how impressive that is 🤗Think about everything it allows us to do. The things we at times take for granted like being able to stand and walk, hold a fork to eat, look, listen and smell and sooo much more! ❤️❤️❤️
If you struggle with body love, take time today to write down 5 things you are thankful for about your body. 💝😘
