The things that we desire that we don’t already have we don’t have it because somewhere deep in our subconscious we feel we don’t deserve it. The universe is not biased. It responds with what resonates with us the most. Many people desire to be wealthy (financially) but do you really feel that you deserve it? Many of us want love but do we feel worthy of the love we say we want? It’s a lot of posts about how important healing is. We’re speaking of deep healing. Getting to the root and healing the trauma that you’ve buried that has you feeling on a soul level that you don’t deserve the things that you desire. Don’t believe me? Just look around at your life. Everything around you is a direct manifestation of what you feel you deserve.

Most valuable quote I’m taking from this weekend of YTT. This is 💯% what I believe yoga should be. Having a tool-box of balanced yoga tools (esp. beyond asana!!!) and adapting them to you and your current life. Yoga is an individual and internal practice that should be guided by those who have their own committed + ongoing practice + continuing education and of course experience/knowledge of it’s tradition/foundations but flexible enough to evolve into the now. I believe yoga is meant to be consciously creative, nonjudgmental + non-bias.
I don’t derive my practice from just one source, I study different modalities curiously. I note what resonates, and I study under someone who is educated well in that practice to guide me. I pull the tools that I need for my individual practice with a mentor guiding me. Yoga Therapy truly encompasses all the lenses I want to see from and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to learn from the life-changing + seasoned teachers of @yogayogaaustin. My goal for the style I teach: I curate this practice for you, not the other way around. #yogadayeverydamnday

Day 140 of 365...............went to the beach at Surfers Paradise ⛱🏄🏻♀️ Day 2 of our trip to QLD was a bit of a cruizy one in preparation for the theme parks in the days to come 🎢
So we headed down to the beach where the kids swam and Nic and I nearly got burnt 😱 (although that’s really not hard for either of us 😂) Then we walked to a surf life saving club for lunch on the water 🥗
After lunch we checked out the other pool at the apartment and the spa.
Then up to the room for a bubble bath and dinner 🛁

It’s all working out. Just a few weeks ago, I began a new daily mantra: I am enough. I repeat it multiple times a day. I’ve begun manifesting what I want/need at high speeds and it’s all working out better and faster than I could have expected. Our thoughts control our lives. What’s your wavelength today? Where have the majority of your thoughts gone? How can you direct them to a more positive place?

Candid, no idea what my arm was doing, but I was so happy...those gym sessions where you just want to sweat, slick your hair back into a bun, wear oversized crop hoodies, blast loud motivating music, and stay laser focused on training sessions are my favorite SN: Lighting sucks, but whatevs
