Ooooh! SORE FEET after being Peggy Bundy all night and dancing the night away. Cool bath water with some Peppermint essential oil for cooling (taking the heat out of my sore, sore feet) and Lemongrass essential oil for puffiness followed by some Ice Blue Rub... relief!
“Now just do it 1000 more times.” This is what I was told once I started my handstand practice away from the wall eleven months ago 😅.
Every jump counts. Every fall counts. Every hold counts. There is seriously something so empowering about doing the hard things. Things we thought we couldn’t. Moments where we stay for one more breath when we think we can’t. Stay. Show up. I NEVER thought I would be able to do any of this stuff but I am. I am doing it ... and I’ll do it 1000 more times. (Pssst it’s never really about the handstand 🤫)

So a little fun fact about me is I have a small corner of my home that is what I like to call my home gym and to be honest it doesn't get used very much this time of year. There is so much to do with the kids and in the garden...summer life is hectic. But I am trying to create a habit of after my coffee to exercise for at least 30 mins everyday. Something that has always got me down when working out is finding a comfortable and supportive sports bra that isn't so restrictive but still holds the girls in place because there is nothing worse than trying to exercise and your falling out all over the place and continually have to readjust things. I am super excited to tell you guys that @velvetkittenlingerie has sports bras and they are freakin amazing!! Go check them out!! P.S. It is amazing how busy it’s been getting this wedding ready to go 🤣 The closer we get the more little details we run across...from important things (like realizing we had no access to a bathroom at our ceremony location 🙈 - we have now picked a different spot in the park closer to a VERY glamorous portopotti 🤣) to less important things like what do the picnic baskets and blankets look like and what champagne to toast with🥂
Also- I had my final dress fitting yesterday. For the record, if you’re ever feeling too confident, schedule yourself a dress fitting. There’s nothing like a seamstress trying desperately to stuff your back fat into a dress to bring you down a couple notches 🤣🤣🤣 Especially when she decides she can’t and needs to schedule an emergency 4th fitting 🤣🤣 BUT ANYWAY it fits now, back fat and all 🤣🤣 so all’s well that ends well 😁🙌
