Nature has been my sanctuary these past few days, and I'm so grateful to have this time to grieve and begin the process of healing. Yesterday, I watched and listened as yet another bald eagle circled above me, this one screaming. That was a first for me...and, wow, something I'll never forget.
Mindful walking ☔🌳🌸👣
Well done to my little group this afternoon for being open to this experience despite the rain... That stopped as soon as we set off 😁 I thoroughly enjoyed challenging my judgements and connecting with my senses. Peel Park is looking fab! Swipe for pics of raindrops on roses etc.
Do you only go for a walk when it's sunny? Try having a walk in the rain sometime and see if you can surprise yourself by enjoying it just as much, maybe more!
The streets of Hobart were lit up with red lights for #darkmofo and we got to see the city in a special light! I do miss all the antique stores and old architecture. Visiting Hobart gives you an idea of a city in a different era. It’s like travelling back in time. You don’t get architecture like that these days. #borninthewrongera#oldladyatheart#hobartlover ❤️
