2 mile recovery - 20 min. 💃 Was gonna go 3 however I’m a dumbass wearing these thick ass pants to run in this humidity. ☹️ I hate pants 🤷🏽♀️ However the booty is poppinnnnn 🍑 I can’t use my Nike app for a bit because I am over my data for the month with 5 days left, woops 🙃🙃🙃 I think it’s guzzling a lot of it so I need to be extra careful. I felt lost without it though...my fitbit is great but doesn’t show pace which I really like.
Dinner with my boyfriend soon & lots of fun things in the next few days! I’m visiting @miyahsmotive this weekend 👏🏼😩 & while I really want to be good eating/fitness wise (I have a wedding next weekend & wanna look bomb in my dress 👗 ) plus the bikini bod 👙 has to come out soon....I know we will probably have way too many tacos 🌮 & dare do I say....tequila shots??? Lord help us.

Benchmark run. Good pace, good feeling. This run made me laugh a bit, because it is meant to be 15 mins overall. And I had a planned distance as always which allows me to walk for 5 minutes to my house after the complete run. This time as I run the house is closer and closer and I kept on looking at the watch and it felt like the time slowed down. Basically I ended up on my door steps. No walking this time 😋🤔

Day 51!! These short mile “sprints” at the hottest part of the day, whenever I can get them in aren’t working for me anymore. My brain quit today. So I’m getting up early tomorrow and getting in 3 miles. I’m posting it here so I’ll actually do it and be accountable. I’m a distance runner and I’m better in the morning, I need to set my brain and body up for success!! Also, these are delicious but not right before a run 🏃🏽♀️ 🌶 🔥
