#bhaaglo#maychallenge complete, I have done 200km in one month. 507 runners from all over india participated and I finished at 168th position with my finisher medal on the way.
Finally I've completed this challange of running all 31 days of May month.
Why am I doing this ?
Because I wanted to test my fitness/stamina level (Which surly has improved). This is the first time I've done 200km in a month and I'm happy for the fact that I didn't just completed #maychallenge, I did it fantasticaly .
How I did it?
Discipline+Dedication+hard work+ willpower+ positive attitude+ enjoyment
So on this occasion I'm announcing #junefitnesschallenge. Run everyday, anywhere, anytime all the 30 days of months of June for your personal external+ inner fitness, because #Humfittoindiafit
There are three type of categories

So I'm nominating all my beloved freind to join this fitness gala.
At the end of the challange all the finisher freinds will get a surprise gift. You can also nominate your loved ones in the comment for there better fitness.
How to track your run?
Download the NRC app from Google playstore and join the running community. This is absolutely free of cost and quite easy to use. You can also use a fitness band or google fit app or any other step counter.
How to participate?
Send me your running data screenshot in fb messenger, whatsapp(9568244895) or mail us ([email protected]) with name.

Im on a journey that has become extremely important to me over a short span of time. This journey required hard work, focus and most of all a ton of motivation! This journey I am on may seem easy to a lot of you guys, but what's important to me is that it's my journey.
A few months ago I went on a run with @nikerunning to Amby Valley and enrolled myself in a 10KM run without even thinking straight, at that point I had no idea the kind of physical strength and stamina a 10KM run on a difficult up-hill route would need. I've always been into fitness that led to my weight-loss a couple of years ago, but I was never the strong or super fit kind.
I still remember how I pushed myself through that run but while I was giving in my best without the tremendous motivation I received from @nikerunning I would've never been able to finish it!
Today I am so excited to tell you guys that I have been training to run the Standard Chartered Marathon this January (21KM) with a ton of love, support and motivation from @nike
This entire journey has changed my lifestyle immensely, I go to bed early because I look forward to waking up super early to go for my runs! @nikerunning is one of the best things that has happened to me this year! Just want to thank Nike and the amazing pacers at NRC to help me through this @marathonermuthu 🏃🏻 #Grateful#Motivated#Charged Lets do this? 💪🏼
