2016Dec when I checked the body fat in lbs from Inbody ( #NutrishopNorthridge@nutrishopnorthridge
) It said 125lbs BF(Body fat) [there was an error in my math it said 118lbs of body fat which is 40.1% BF of 291Lbs. I had of125lbs of Body fat which is 41.8% of 300.8lbs
July 2018 13th I checked the body fat hand scanner displaying 35% BF-- 105Lbs of BF.] In the name of consistency in tests and science I'll go back to NutrishopNorthridge and verify what the BF % and mass is.
Recently, I did 380Lbs 1rep.
On that day I did 315lbs for 9reps no spot.
2016ish. I had also hurt myself majorly once.
Before I used to only do 315 1-2reps
Been staying away from injuries and keeping my ego in check compared to before when I would attempt almost anything for the sake of someone else.
Let’s fight the heat with some patriotic treats!

12 reduced fat vanilla wafers
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
2 large egg whites
1 tbsp all purpose flour
8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced thin
8 oz blueberries.
Heat oven to 350°. Line cupcake tin with liners. Place a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each liner.
Gently beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually beat in fat free yogurt, egg whites, and flour. Do not over beat. Pour into cupcake liners filling half way.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature then chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Enjoy! And stay cool Northridge ☀️💦.
