1/4, a quarter of the way finished with what is simultaneously the most challenging and incredible journey of my life.
This is biggest goal I have ever set for myself and I’d be lying if I said that this is easy.
I spend my days physically and mentally pushing myself beyond what I ever thought I was capable of. But I see myself growing into a stronger and more confident person because of it.
I can’t begin to imagine what amazing things are in store for the next 3/4 of the trail.

Healthy post running tip? Make a coconut shake! The protein, carbs, and electrolytes make this shake the perfect post-run drink. Our favourite healthy recipe at the moment is the following: coconut water, 1 cup of cherry juice, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and 1 banana. Blend ingredients until smooth. Add a dash of coconut flakes to the top for extra flavour. 🥥 #TruBeLife
There is no benefit in getting stressed or upset over anything at all. Control your emotions, don’t let them control you. My ability to exercise this approach was really put to the test the minute I arrived in Bulgaria 2 days ago. I did not let the incident affect my state of mind - this was one of the shots I took while wandering the city later that day.
