You know I’m always hungry . The real truth about metabolism, the more you eat regularly , the more you spike your metabolism . There is no quick pill into getting fit or losing weight you have to be hungry for this . You are what you eat food is fuel which drives you to perform at your strongest . ( think of driving a car on reserve chances are you won’t last that extra mile so go for extra mile & fuel up to avoid break down )
So many times I heard girls say I’m trying slim fast , I’ve joined slimming world this is the one I really hate they actually make you weigh yourself during times , which makes most women starve themselves before they have a weigh in , to me that’s brutal. Another one detoxing your body I mean is that healthy going to extreme measures by restricting food in your diet for a quick fix , i seen myself it makes women physically weak then the weight just piles on after .
Another one just drinking protein shakes alone with no proper food in your diet will not increase your strength in the gym . Real food is the way forward.
The best way to stay in control of your fitness & diet . Is always consistency if you can master being patient with yourself then nothing is impossible. Do your research & find a qualified nutritionist to tailor make a plan for you that works for you . Learn how to train in the gym & how to lift weights with the correct form , follow fitness people on social media learn workouts it’s not hard watch & learn. You might find it hard at first but I promise you you will grow through failure mode & strive for excellence this way . If you don’t try it how can you believe it . So be brave & step out of your comfort zone .
