“Fun Cookies ala Dalovma”
Cookies ini sehat banget ya Mom, tanpa gluten dan yang penting berani bahan saja hasilnya pasti renyah, enak banget. Ini camilan kesukaan anak dan menu favorit emak - emak buat cucu maupun buah hati mereka. Ini masih saat oven sehat orderan beberapa hari lalu ya, Mom. Buatnya cepat, praktis, bahan ok banget. Kalau ga suka rasa pandan, bisa cukup kasih pewarna Mom kalau saya ini pakai pasta pandan. Butter buat saya wajib ya Mom walau harganya jauh beda dibanding diganti margarin. Hasilnya pasti beda. Buat variasi camilan anak, rekomendasi banget ni Mom. Bisa lo diganti rasa vanila biar ga bosan, coklat, moka dan rasa lainnya.
150 gr Butter Wysjman
80 ml Susu Kental Manis Gold
200 gr Tepung Maizena
Cara membuat :
1. Kocok butter dan susu dengan whisk
2. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata
3. Cetak bentuk panjang dipilin lalu pertemukan kedua ujungnya. Beri chocochip.
4. Panggang 150 derajat selama 15 menit. Disesuaikan dengan oven masing - masing ya Mom.

😍! That pretty much sums up my experience in Thailand. I saw, tasted (some of the best food ever), touched, heard, and smelled all that Thailand threw at me. To say it has left an impression in my heart, mind and soul would be underselling my experience. I got to play with elephants, see amazing temples, eat everything I could (shout out to pandan 🤤), see the countryside of Suphan Buri, meet some amazing people, and so much more. There were so many moments where I kind of got lost in a haze where I could not believe what I was doing. And those moments I wish everybody could experience. Those moments where you just lose yourself completely and just are awestruck at what you are experiencing. I’ve been fortunate to have had experienced these types of moments before but they never get old. I think above all these moments help to restore you, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Something that I have been needing for quite some time. Recently I have been dealing with anxiety as I figure out my course in life. Which is kind of crazy considering my professional and personal life (working on the romantic one 😅) are pretty outstanding. But you tend to forget the positives and fixate on the negatives. While I know I am confident in many ways, my self love is not always the best. It is easy to love others but not yourself all the time. Seeing how the world can be so magnificent, helped me refocus on all the good things I have in front of me. I have to focus on now. Which means I will still attack life with the vigor and smile I always do. Life is meant to live and that is what I will do.
And for this chapter, I need to thank one person above all others and that is my best friend JT. She was my unofficial tour guide for Thailand. She showed me all her home country had to offer and and more. And she did it always with the honesty and sense of humor I love. I cannot thank you enough JT for this trip. It means a lot to me. Kueh Salat - apparently one of Singaporeans’ most well-loved Nyonya kueh but also notoriously difficult to perfect. I still recall vividly the day that I finally managed to achieve the right appearance and the right texture, only to realise at the end that I had totally forgotten to add sugar while making the serikaya. Oh, how sampat was I... 😂🤣🤦♂️
Akhirnya bisa bebikin yg manis2 lagi nih setelah bbrapa lama OFF yahh 😜 Dan hari ini cuma pengen bebikin yg simple ajah buat dessert gtu “Pudding Lumut Cocopandan” 😍 Rasanya enakkk banget juga loh dan aku juga suka bgt dgn perpaduan warnanya ini walaupun hasilnya blm cukup rapi nih karena pudding cocopandannya ada yg merembes sdkit gtu ke bagian pudding lumutnya 🤪 Kalo bebikin pudding yg berlapis begini emg kudu sabarrr yaa biar hasilnya maksimal, jgn kaya aku yg kurg sabar 😂
PUDDING LUMUT COCOPANDAN made by @silvialim18
•Bahan Pudding Lumut (source by cc @tintinrayner & @juwitacc):
4 gr agar swallow bening
75 gr gula pasir
63 gr santan instant
325 ml air + 1/2 sdt pasta pandan, aduk rata
1 sdt vanilla essence
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1. Campur semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata lalu saring supaya tidak bergerindil.
2. Masak dengan api sedang nanti otomatis nampak lumut di permukaan. Aduk terus untuk motif lumut full. Stelah itu tuang pudding lumut ke dalam cetakan ketika pudding sudah hangat kuku dan mulai kental.

4 gr agar swallow bening
350 ml air
125 gr krimer kental manis Cocopandan (frisian flag)
1. Campur dan masak semua bahan jadi satu hingga mendidih. Biarkan hingga hangat kuku lalu tuang perlahan di atas pudding lumutnya
