Do broken hearts ever truly heal?
Does pain ever go away?
Do certain feelings eventually fade?
Can you forget your past?
Forget those who hurt you?
Can you truly move on?
Considering that some of this pain and forgetting the past thing happened FOUR YEARS AGO it still hurts, added with the more recent pain caused by a girl who only ever thought about herself and loved to hurt me, I’m gonna say no, you never truly heal. Some of the trauma always stays with you. So be very careful on how you treat people. #PersonalLife#Ok#MaybeThatsKindaARant#But#Its#HowIFeel#BeKIND#BeSENSETIVE#WeALLHaveFEELINGS#EvenIfWeHideThem

Sunday is prep day for the week ahead so get your note pads out write down some mini goals and smash them because once you put your mind to it you can achieve anything.....
▪️Primário: Quadríceps, glúteos.
▪️Secundário: Músculos posteriores da coxa, adutores
Benefícios do Afundo:
▪️Aumenta a força do tronco;

The most beautiful thoughts are always besides the darkest 🖤
I haven't posted in a bit, I've been super busy with work and taking care of my mental. Here's an oldie but goodie.
*** PERSONAL POST ***
Above: a younger and fitter John Loc looking kinda good while getting obliterated (I think I lost that match 6-1 6-1).
I love tennis. Maybe it's the fact that it's you, your opponent and the ball. No teammates to carry you when you're playing bad or drag you down when you're playing well. You have to take responsibility for every shot you take.
I played for about ten years. I was actually decent at it! Mad as a hatter, though. When I was 19 I had to withdraw from a match because I had managed to smash both my rackets to pieces in the space of 30 minutes. Some people might find that impressive - my parents certainly didn't.
I basically didn't play again until 2015 (when the pic was taken), when I decided to give it another go, one last season before I embarked on my new adventure abroad. And those 8 years of added maturity and life experience really made a difference. Remember that bit about responsibility? I don't think I was fully ready for that at 19. Moving to another country truly changed my life in ways I could have never imagined. But I'll tell you that story another time.
Ah, I really want to play now. Rant over.

Just a little heads up: our trip through Mexico is still amazing! Although we are having some rainy days right now, we are still enjoying ourselves. Above all; this trip gives me time to think about some changes for my business. Can not wait to set these things up when we are at home. Stay tuned! // #Personallife#Worklife#Mexico#Holiday#SophieLouiseFotografie#Girlboss

You may be experiencing expressions of #PTSD and not realize it. According to mental health professionals, post-traumatic stress disorder (or PTSD) is a mental condition that results in a series of emotional and physical reactions in individuals who have either witnessed or experienced a traumatic event. (And for many, it is our beloved #cannabisindustry”)
Events that cause the individual to fear for their #personallife and #wellbeing—such as a car collision or other accident, a physical or sexual assault, long term abuse, torture, a natural disaster, living in a war zone, or life-altering experiences like the death of a loved one—can all spur the following PTDS symptoms… ✔️Physical Pain
✔️Nightmares or Flashbacks
✔️Depression and Anxiety
✔️Withdrawal ✔️Avoidance ✔️Repression
✔️Irritability ✔️Guilt and Shame ✔️Behavior Changes
✔️Mood Swings ✔️Hyper-Vigilance
If you are suffering from any of these reactionary symptoms #allkindchocolate can help reduce your stress. Pay attention to your #triggers. Get #proactive with your #medication. #nowacceptingpatients#helpaveteran#helponeanother#ediblesforthewin
