Besan, Salt, one pinch baking powder, boiled potatoes, garlic, onion, mustard oil
Saute chopped garlic and onions in mustard oil in a cooking pan. Separately mash boiled potatoes and mix it in the cooking pan
Step 2: Add pinch of haldi, salt as per taste, corriander powder, amchoor powder, garam masala and mix it well to the potato mixture in step 1
Add water to Besan and mix it to form a paste. Add salt and pinch of baking powder to the besan paste
Step 4: Let the potato mixture cool. Then form round balls and add it in besan paste (made in Step 3)
Step 5: In a separate cooking pan add oil and let it heat. Once the oil is heated enough add the besan covered potato balls in the heated oil and fry until they turn reddish-brown brown
Your "Aloo Bonda" is ready.
Dip it in mint chutney and have it with your evening tea ☕
Riding on a camel at sunset on a beach is not something you’d except to do and see in #Australia 🇦🇺 🐪🐪But the country has actually the largest #camel population in the world since they were introduced in the 19th century from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 This is definitely an experience you have to add to your Australian #bucketlist! When doing so, get in contact with The camel lady of #Broome: Alison 😀 @broomecamelsafaris
