A leaders job is to acquire and develop Leaders. Leaders who feel the least amount of pressure are those who spend the most time acquiring and developing Leaders.

I started from the bottom. I’m not academic nor was I street smart. Nor could I engineer a conversation with someone. I’m a totally different person to what I was 5 years ago.
I see too many people that are stuck and not achieving the things they set out to.
I want my journey (that I’m still working on every single day) to inspire people to think they too can change, if they want to.
I didn’t get abs from one gym session and I didn’t read 300 books in one sitting.
But small disciplines done consistently over time will be the difference in you staying where you are or living a life of fulfilment totally on your own terms.

Beating the blues today. It's been an interesting week of feeling down. I have ZERO reason to feel this way, but sometimes my Negative Nelly gets the better of me and I start doubting my abilities as a wife, mother and business owner. To snap myself out of my funk I go for a walk by the beach, have a hot shower, wash my hair, make myself feel pretty and read or listen to something positive like a killer podcast. ⠀

1. The @melissaambrosini show. This beautiful woman always brightens my day. I love her show because she interviews some awesome guests from around the world on topics such as sex, love, health, self love and morning routines. I love how In depth it goes and how much I get out of every episode.⠀
2. Goal digger by @jennakutcher - as a business owner I love listening to this show for tips on growing your email list, building a brand and how to take criticism.⠀
3. The @mindbodygreen podcast is like an audible version of one of my favourite health hubs Mind Body Green. They talk to some legendary people on a range of health topics. Always something inspiring and insightful to take away. ⠀
4. The guilty feminist @theguiltyfeminist always makes me laugh. ⠀
5. The Social Media Marketing Talk Show is a good one for anyone looking to learn the secrets of social media marketing. I always get some great ideas on how to grow my business online. ⠀
