#alltimemotivation I had a discussion over the weekend with my Mr. Shak and somehow he found this poster and sent it to me. That guy got my back all day every day 😍😍
So many times, we really confuse the path with our final destination. You are bound to feel frustrated when things just don't seem like they are going the way you want especially when you think you have it clearly mapped out in your head and infact sometimes you don't have it mapped out but you just feel it isn't going the way it should be. You just may be headed for sunshine, really, maybe you need just a little patience. Truth is those days will come but at those times you need to focus on the Finisher, The One who has given you the ability to identify the situation you are in. The One who can heal/direct the heart is The One who created it. #Godhears and He knows all things.
Have a fabulous and blessed rest of the week 😉
Don't forget we are selling Atiku oo 😉
When it comes to household cleaning, there are no rules, but the cleaning must be done.
So how often should you clean your bed sheets and pillowcases?
According to your body type and daily routine you are to clean your pillow cases and bedsheets between 5 days to 2 weeks.
There is a possibility that you spend up to 49-63 hours every week lying in those sheets and that's just enough time to get plenty of sweat, dirt, oil and makeup on them which when left for so long may result into complex health issues like rashes allergy symptoms and even fungal infections.
People generally have the habit of only being obliged to wash their bed sheets and pillowcases when the dirt and stains on them are visible which results in exposure to unseen germs caused by skin breakouts makeup residue sweat and body oils.
So, if you sweat profusely, wear makeup and lay on your bed regularly the ideal cycle for you to clean your sheets and pillow cases is every five to seven days especially the pillowcases .
However this can be extended to two weeks if you are the type that do not use your bed regularly, don't use makeup and not prone to sweating.
In conclusion, the habit of only washing your bed sheets and pillowcases and stains are visible should be ditched as it only breeds long term health issues.
