Woohoo FRIDAY!!! 🎉🎈🎉.
Heading into the weekend (and two rest days) I am going to focus on healthy eating! Each day this week started out good but I found myself eating random no good stuff for no good reason. Breakfast today: homegrown zucchini, 3 eggs, and a some parmesan. 😁👍🏻 #moreprotienplease#legdaymakesmehungry
In case you were wondering who "Patricia" was.. 😂😂😂 Tricia taught her first class this morning since she had Teddy.. can't wait to have her back on schedule ❤️
CHILDCARE COMING REAL SOON YOU GUYS!!!
The more you hesitate, the more you'll talk yourself out of it. 🙊🗣👎🙅♀️ My ⏰alarm ⏰ would go off in the morning and my first reaction was to hit snooze 🛎🛏 no matter what!!! I'd lay there and think "I should really get up..."🤔 But I would also say, I'M TIRED!!! I deserve more sleep! 🤦
The more and more I laid 🛌there 🤔thinking about working out, the more and more I convinced myself that I needed more sleep🛌😪. And you know what? I would do just that!!! I would roll over, go back to bed and skip my workout😓🙈🙉. And then later in the day I would get 😈👿👹 mad at myself because I knew I should've gotten it inbecause now there was no time.
Does this sound familiar???🤔 You set your ⏰alarm ⏰for a reason last night. You know how important this is to you.!!! So WAKE UP 🛌, DO IT 🏋️♀️ and remind yourself what you're working towards!!🥇🏆🎖
If you would have told me 16 years ago that I would be a mom of 6, no longer practicing law, and be helping moms with their health and fitness...I would have told you that you were NUTS.😜😜😜
I was just married and had just started practicing law with my husband in our very own law office. I sat him down on our first official day and told him that I was not a paralegal, that I was a lawyer just like him, and that I would have my own cases and go to court...just like he did. I was ready to do BIG things.
A year later right after I had Marissa, I sat him down and told him that I no longer wanted my own cases, I did not want to go to court, and that I would be happy just doing paralegal work. I wanted to be a Mama!
Then over then next 15 years we had 5 more kids and I wanted to practice law less and less. I just wanted to be a mom. But...I also felt like I was losing myself. That I had nothing to call my own. I had very few friends and I spent most of my day talking to kids and driving them around. I needed something else.
So, I started helping moms with their health and fitness. When I first started I had no idea that it would turn into everything I had always wanted. I now have a community of moms I get to work with everyday, I get to feel the pride of making a difference, AND I get to make some extra money!
Not that being a Mom is not important (it is the most important job I have). I am so glad that I have "this coaching thing" so I can show myself and my kids what success looks like and how it feels to have a purpose! I am doing BIG things!
Have you ever wanted to help other moms? Have you ever just wanted more for yourself?
All it takes is a YES below and I can help you find it!

NEW RECIPE ALERT! 🚨
And you’re going to have to try this one! Jerk Chicken, with Cilantro-lime cauliflower rice. And the salad is nothing fancy. But the main dish, is all the rage! Check out my IG story for the chicken marinade recipe.
As for the cauliflower rice - I buy the frozen organic cauliflower rice from costco, cook it for 5-7 min. in a cup of water, then add the lime juice of 2 limes, a quarter cup or more of cilantro, and sea salt and olive oil to taste!
Seriously, the whole family loved this dinner! 😋 And I can’t wait to eat leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
Definitely could have gone heavier on weights today so I did a little extra #bicepworkout 💪🏻! #liift4 should have made me more sore. Goes to show that the only way to see progress is to push yourself and #pushyourbody to #liftheavier 🏋🏻♀️
Feeling STRONG as MOTHER after that new back/biceps circuit! Yaaassss! I need these strong arms to carry around my 38lb and 28lb babies! And all those big things from Costco 😂😳 Plus, who doesn’t love some toned arms? #strongasamother
WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT⁉️.
That was a lot of lifting... sped up for your viewing pleasure 😜.
This program is basic moves but definitely challenging. Looking forward to building muscle and lifting heavier! 💪🏻😁 #liift4#bisgettheguys

Well here goes... I have not had this bikini on since WAY before baby and I’m not ready to share just yet but change is coming! 😁👍🏻.
#liift4 Day 1 DONE! There is so much running though my mind - can I commit - will I be able to do it - what about my nutrition - can I make time?!? Little at a time... #trusttheprocess🙏 #changewillcome
Holy rest day....or how about 10 rest days!
Here I am, a multitasker, a hustler and....well sometimes, a procrastinator. When you make your to list is as long as mine, the things that HAVE to get done squash the things you WANT to get done. And it sucks.
I’m a better mom, wife, businesswoman and friend when I work out. I know that about myself. So I like to keep a visual chart so I know when I’ve been sacrificing “me” for too long!
And I like to keep my accomplishments right in front of my treadmill, so when I want to quit, I’m reminded of all the times I didn’t.
Comment below with what helps you stay on track?
A quick 20 minute circuit for your booty! I love varying up my workouts and incorporating the resistance bands. It works all the smaller muscles and is a good change from regular squats and lunges! 💪🏻

Salmon burgers YUM! 🤤. So if you know me, I’m usually sharing tasty, healthy meals. Well lately I’ve been slacking on meal prep and planning. Time continues to escape me plus it’s summer so I’m in full “must be outside” mode. It’s all about balance! But I managed to squeeze this dinner last night into my quick grocery list meal plan. It came out great and the dill caper yogurt sauce was DE-lish! Comment below if you want the recipe.

I really REALY do... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
I passed her by again today. I couldn’t bear it. I had to stop to hear her story. A woman sitting on the sidewalk with a sign and an infant on her lap. 😢💔😢.
I learned he’s only 2 months old. My heart sank. I immediately counted all my blessing and everything I have in life. .
I can’t even imagine.... Raising a baby is hard enough but on the street?!? There is always the “lie factor”. That nothing she said is true. But that baby deserves better than that. My heart is broken and the whole encounter left me with this sad feeling I just can’t shake. But I be sure to #countyourblessingseveryday#hugyourbabiestight#thankfulandblessed🙏 💙

The crack in my screen protector has me seeing stars! 🤩🤩 and so does this workout! 😓 #20minworkout is no joke! Even having done this one several times now, it’s still challenging. That’s the best part about them you can increase the intensity as you need to. Now... to get my phone screen fixed....

We’ve been waiting for this day since March. Oliver has a small procedure scheduled at Children’s. It is nothing serious but it is still surgery. Up until this morning I have been just thrilled to finally be clear of cough or cold so we can get it over with. Then all the worry rushed in when I woke up today. Worry will do nothing. Just hug my boy and look forward to when it’s behind us. 🙏🏻

ALL THIS! (snd more) in just 20 minutes! 😲 No weights doesn’t mean easy. Total body HIIT was a total body burn! 💪🏻 Since the workouts are short you gotta push hard! But I love that it’s short and sweet and done with first thing! Now off to a day of meetings! 🙄 #getitdoneearly#pushplayeveryday

The UK national health service states that: The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you cope well with labour and get back into shape quicker after the birth.
Keeping up your normal daily physical activities or exercise may be just right (sport, running, yoga, dancing, or even walking to the shops and back) for as long as you feel comfortable.
Exercise is not dangerous for your baby – there is some evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.
So for most of the quick snapback before and postpartum pics and videos of pregnant fitness gurus and enthusiasts you see, their routines during pregnancy will be similar to that of Eniko Hart's in this video, where she documents her pregnancy fitness journey through the growing baby bump and exercises. Regular safe exercise and a healthy diet is the key. Well done Eniko👏🏿👏🏿🙌🏾🙌🏾💪🏿💪🏿 .
Disclaimer: If you would like to exercise during pregnancy, please seek your doctors advice. .
Wishing you a happy bumping and safe delivery. 🤰🏽😘 .

#transformationthursday - As a mom, your first priority is your baby. However, you can’t forget to also take good care of yourself
Despite being active during my pregnancy, I did NOT bounce back to my pre-baby weight. However with portion control, a superfoods shake, high water intake, planned treat meals, 30-55 min. workouts, patience and consistency I was able to achieve results 😊 Moms - YOU deserve to feel your absolute best! Your children deserve a mom full of energy. A mom that wants to be active with her kiddos and a mom who has peace in her heart ❤️ You deserve to LOVE your body and so much more, but are you working for it? Are you giving up when things get hard or "life get too busy"? Are you giving into your own excuses as to why you can't prep your meals in advance? Reevaluate and reach out to me for help. Let's make this month that you commit to getting healthy & fit.
If you're looking for accountability and support to help you reach your fitness goals. DM me and let's do this together! Double tap ❤️ and tag a mom!
💪🏻How To Get Abs 💪🏻
If you want your six-pack to start showing you need to add weights to your workout. These exercises are a great way to flatten your belly and start developing strong abs.
Go light if it's your first time using weights (3-5lbs) and gradually increase weight. If you don't go to the gym buy some cheap weights at Target or online!
15 reps each exercise for the total of 3 sets.

Postpartum update- officially 6 weeks (2 weeks from the last post like this..scroll left)
These pics were taken 3 seconds apart and once again the only difference is engaging my TVA (deep abdominals). Am I where I want to be or where I feel I am capable of being physically? No. But, I’m where I need to be right now...easing back in and working on strengthening from the inside (deep core and pelvic floor) so that I can come back strong without any major setbacks (🙏🏼)
Believe it or not I am only ONE pound lighter now than I was one week postpartum. Instead of hitting high intensity workouts like I used to (and dream about getting back to), I’ve been focusing on proper breathing, foundation work (which can be painfully boring...especially in a sleep deprived state), and nutrition. Although I can’t say I keep all of my cravings in check (blame breastfeeding 😂), I am doing my best and that’s all we can do right!?
On that note, I was officially cleared yesterday to ease back into workouts!! If you’d told me two weeks ago that I would be cleared I may not have believed you, but it goes to show that slowing down and taking care of your body really does pay off! For anyone that knows me, they know that backing off is incredibly hard for me to do, so if this post inspires even ONE postpartum Mom to take the journey slowly and come back strong and healthy, it was all worth it 😊❤️
