Progress spam: so photo on the left was taken at 94.5kg, April 2017. I was struggling when it came to tying my shoes, standing, walking, everything. I have pre-existing back and hip problems so the added weight did not help. Fast forward to these last few months where I’ve really tried to put my health first with keto and change what I put in my body. Although my on going belly health problems are still persistent, my mental health has improved significantly, along with my overall energy when I’m not bed ridden. I’m currently at 85.6kg. I’m hoping by LA to be 78kg. The weight I was when I first visited the city. 🌴 #progress#weightloss#lifestyle#health#keto

We all have the potential to be a genius and to play in that space if we choose to. By focusing on an area or a skill with relentless dedication to daily improvement, we will be acting at a level of competence that people will call us a genius. So what we need to do is to figure out what we can excel at “Our Own Genius”. Discover our talents and what we are really great at. Reflect on those abilities that others admire in us and find out our genius point. Then work hard to polish it.
Michael Jordan was a basketball genius, but was his spectacular success on the court purely the result of natural gifts? Absolutely not.
Focus+Persistence+Development= Your Genius
Once you truly understand this formula you will be using your talents to the highest and very best. #mindset#motivation#mindfulness#happiness#success#inspire#transformation#development#performance#business#wealth#career#goals#blogger#blog#instadaily#coach#lifestyle#progress#dubai#uae
Oooooh la la... So proud of Lisa, an online trainee :-) She looked gorgeous Before, but check this out: "9 lbs in 9 days is that even possible?! So encouraging!
Honestly I have been working out for months but didn’t change my diet. I love pasta and chips and wine it’s not easy for sure but it’s worth it. I have a lot less bloating going on. Very happy. Gonna keep it up. Thanks Tina!"
This 'fitness thing'...the at home workouts, improved nutrition, stress reduction, better sleep and confidence building is a LIFESTYLE and it feels freaking fantastic. It might come in the form of 66 days, but this team of awesome ladies is forming habits and tools they will keep for life.
Price is going UP to $169 SOON. Before it does, you can STILL benefit from a super low $147. In fact, although you can start any time, I'm forming another group of 20 women to start on Saturday, August 25th!
INBOX me asap to reserve your spot!
In the meantime, GO Lisa GO!
Did you know that 95% of the body’s serotonin is stored in your gut?
If you didn’t already know, serotonin is responsible for your mood, helping with sleep, reduces depression, regulates anxiety, and maintains bone health.
What does this mean? If your gut isn’t healthy, your serotonin can also be affected. Aka your mood and lots of other things are affected by the state of your tummy!! 😨
For years I blew off the fact that your gut regulates a lot of things going on in your body. I’m finally trying to repair myself and really educate myself on the topic. I just started reading a book called “The Mind-Gut Connection”, so expect many more captions like this to come hahah.
Last week I decided to go paleo and that was a terrible idea to just jump straight into. As you all know, I struggle with a sensitive stomach. I was eating a lot of foods that I don’t normally eat so my stomach freaked out. Plus the sudden change in diet isn’t a great thing to just do one day. It’s better to ease into it but I’m definitely an all or nothing type of person lol. I’m still suffering from terrible uncomfortable bloating though 😩
I decided to switch to a strict low fodmap diet instead. If you’re not familiar with that, I can do another post on it but it’s too much to add into this one. I’ve always eaten decently low fodmap but I want to fully stick to it this time around. I’m hoping that once I start reintroducing foods back in, I can truly pinpoint what does/doesn’t bother me and get my stomach to a healthier state. Fingers crossed for me friends🤞🏽
Lmk if you want more gut health posts (imma still post either way but I like knowing who actually cares lol) 👇🏽
