Sci-fi film festival, Dark Skies: Invasion, will start from July 7th to July 29th in Ireland. The leading idea of festival is thinking that we're not alone in Universe, and our "neighbors" can be really cruel and implacable.
In addition to sci-fi classic movies "The War of the Worlds", "Mars attacks!", will be shown "Attraction", the latest blockbuster by Fedor Bondarchuk. Go for it and see the one of the most successful Russian films about alien invasion to Moscow - on Saturday, 8th July on the big screen in Dublin! "Attraction" will be shown in Russian with English subtitles and for a wide audience (+12), and it's a good reason to invite your English-speaking friends and even children!
Do you live in the same old sinful body that you have occupied all of your life? It is time for major demolition! We do this by confessing our sins and throwing ourselves at the feet of the cross and having His blood applied to our sins. It is only then that we can observe that old sinful things have passed away and a new life in Christ emerges. Draw near to God today, trust Him completely and be a blessing. #rec#recians#dailyverse#bibleverse#bibleverseoftheday
Movie recommendation - #whathappenedtomonday was avoiding this one becuase someone said it wasn't worth it but I got bored today and it's on @netflix so I played it and I am glad I did.
The movie is about an over population of the future world where it has come to the point you can't have over one child by law the case in this movie is that 7 identical girls were born and the grandfather (Willem Dafoe) kept them a secret and only let them see the world one day at a time naming them the days of the week, they are allowed to see the world on the days they are named after, you get the drift.
Well the story caught my attention and it played out surprisingly good, in a world with a lot of Sci-fi flicks this one was not too in your face with it, it felt seamless, it felt like a place we could be within 20years.
Willem is dope, he always is but he was not in this for too long, he is there to basically set up the plot, all the love goes to Noomi Rapace all her 7 characters felt like different girls, and you had different feelings for all of them, fantastic acting.
If you got time and you want something good to watch, give it a shot
