Today plan was to not set any alarm and have a morning off but when I had got up I had motivation waiting for me @amanda_healthylifestyle and Alison Rae and @nicpatt29 had already been and worked out so right from then I was motivated I just need a route as I’ve been stuck doing the same one for a while now !
Scott Houston provided my route I just need to believe him as if if went further along to seafield like he said I wouldn’t of had to add on the stupid hill at the top to get up to the 4 miles mark !!! What a hilly little run 🏃🏻♀️ but it’s done and now I can chill !
Scott ,Sophie and her friend Milly are off to do their run now !

When you have 2 runners in the family sometimes it makes things a bit tricky, BUT it’s also so much fun! 🙌
Wes is 10ish weeks away from his big race in Chicago. That means that his training is picking up and with the summer temps he needs more help to get it done.
🏆 Today’s goal workout for him: 21 miles @run___everyday 97% of goal marathon pace 🤞
I knew in order to help him and get my long run in I’d need to get creative! So, I got up at 5:45 am and put hubby on morning baby duty 👶🏻.
1️⃣ Run #1: 7 mile progression on the treadmill (9:15-7:25)
2️⃣ Run #2: 6 miles with the stroller while also handing off water to Wes.
TOTAL SATURDAY MILEAGE - 13 🎉
It’s not always perfect and sometimes we have to tag team to make it all work but I truly wouldn’t have it any other way! 💗
