Today's been hard! Putting aside our emotions in order to focus on ourselves is not as easy as it sounds. But, working hard and focusing on what I want is getting me through and getting me to the gym, even when I think I am not emotionally strong enough! I can do this 🙌

Thought why wait till #transformationtuesday to show yourself how far you’ve come?! Ok so maybe I’m finally ready to state how much I weighed before, for some people it’s not even a big thing to say but it really is for me, I think mostly it’s because there are a few people that do follow this account that are people I actually know and it’s very shameful for me 😩😂 So the before pic was a whopping 14st 1.5lb 😱 the middle pic was when I’d lost 8lb so 13st 7.5 the last pic was Saturday (still a working progress) at a loss of 1st 10.5lb so weighing 12st 5lb
My target now is 2.5st so dependant on how I feel in myself then it could be my final target or I may add another half on we shall see :) Just so so happy that I’m not the girl I was in the first photo anymore 😍✨ if you’re not happy with yourself and have been thinking about starting slimming world, start today - it’ll change your life, it certainly has mine ❤️

I have worked so hard, I have battled for years on this rollercoaster of a journey and I’m still going. I lost 7 stone in 3 years and for the last 2 years I have worked to try and maintain & gain & lose to keep around my 7 stone loss. I am human and your bound to see a fluctuate in weight from you let lose of the reigns a bit to just enjoy normal life. I’m not embarrassed to say I’ve gained a few lbs from having a month of if I’m honest I needed it! I needed time to just relax, to re-evaluate what it is I want to achieve next and to make new goals! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I’m excited to start my new chapter which is all about exercise and healthy eating and body confidence. I’m looking forward to learning new exercises, getting stronger and building my stamina. This year I’ve seen my body change dramatically with the use of exercise and I’m not stopping! I’m going to work hard and hopefully in the near future show you what I’ve achieved on this new chapter. If I’ve managed to achieve what I have already, a 7 stone loss, 7 dress sizes smaller and body confidence which I never thought I’d ever have then I know I’m capable of so much more too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you to @slimmingworld for giving me the tools and support to get to wear I am now. CURRENT :11st11 A different kind of Monday motivation 💛 I think that everyone thinks you will see results straight away from dieting and exercise but if you scroll threw my pictures you can see it took a while to get to where I want to be. It seems all of a sudden my body changed completely to the person I want to be.
