Abandoned the office for nature today. ❤️ Take time to nourish your soul, for IT is the essence of your being. Not your mind. Not your body. Your spirit is what carries on long after the others fade away. Feed it & it will feed you.
So many times we get caught up in the rat race, distracted from our needs by our wants. It doesn’t have to be that way. Happiness isn’t external, found in the right mate or right job. It’s internal because only YOU can define what happiness is for you. Turn inward and listen to that small, still voice inside for it is mightier than the loudest bellow. Today I listened. You should, too. It is your true North. Always follow it. #soulfood#soul#shamanism#shaman#shamanichealing#starseed#nature_lovers#chimneyrock#blueray#wisdom#wisdomquotes#wisdomwednesday
Your bra will get less padded
With each passing Spring
Till the size of your pores won’t be a concern of yours any longer
You will pause at your reflection
Without looking for flaws
But with a secret smile of admiration
You will look into your own eyes
And see the Universe
One day you will put that concealer down
And let those scars be
Saying “No” will get so easy
You will be surprised
And staying alone with yourself
Will be a punishment no more,
But a precious gift
Everything you ever looked for
Was always there
Growing old is not as scary as they said ✨
