My little man is now two months old... I can honestly say I have not had an on plan day since I got pregnant - despite the On plan meals that I make EVERY DAY!! Why????? 😩😩😩😩
I was very fortunate that I only put on a couple of lb’s more than the bumps weight and I went back to my pre pregnancy weight in just 10days.... only since the birth I think I’ve been using #breastfeeding as an excuse to eat crap... so much crap!! I’m not even exclusively breastfeeding anymore so I really shouldn’t use it as an excuse.
I’ve been battling with my mood for a good few weeks, being a mum is so much different to what I expected and pairs with other factors and some anxiety connected to them .. my eating is out of control and my weight is creeping up! I’m only a couple of lb’s up but it’s the totally wrong direction! I’m desperate to go back to training at the gym too but I just can’t find the time with hubby at work and no family here to help out :(
