Weighted sissy squat with stability ball
@allisonfrahn - Doing legs today? Set your quads on 🔥. If you don't have a Sissy Squat Apparatus, you can just use the stability ball against a wall.
This basically combines a sissy Squat and Weighted Wall Squat.
Do as many reps as you can until you get that deep burn. Then do a few more (insert evil laugh). Enjoy!!

Quite literally counting down the days until I’m next in a pool and able to wear all my amazing new swimwear (I may have gone overboard 👙)!
In one way or another we all want to succeed in life. We want to please others (and ourselves!), reach milestones (health, career, relationships, academic, professional) and be recognised for our efforts.
We want to do everything in every aspect of our life 100% and when things don't go according to plan FEAR creeps in and we start questioning and overthinking everything!
I don't know about you but when I overthink I underexecute. In other words, I waste precious time doing nothing except going over and over the same (negative) thoughts with no tangible outcomes, nor solutions.
The road to success is not linear, is not seamless, it's not easy and it doesn't have to be perfect, because perfection doesn't exist.
BUT in your journey, you must be aware of the fact that you will be tested...with challenges, obstacles and hard times...and then, you will DOUBT yourself. I know I have.
STOP there. It's a trap!
Sucess isn't about doing everything right, but about doing the right thing!
Lets try to think less and execute more. You don't have to do everything in one day, but you MUST do something, even if little!
The next day, you get back up and keep grinding!
