Sepanx sa Sta Rosa.
It actually sort of bothers me that my feed is all over the place. But I post depending on how I feel so I can't really help it. 😖
Gyeongbokgung hosts a few ceremonial activities during the day, of which the daily Changing of the Guard ceremony draws a large crowd. Initially, I thought it was just the shift change that happens regularly every 15 minutes or so, but there’s a larger ceremony twice a day I think on the grounds between Gwanghwamun gate and Heungnyemun Gate. It was a large pompous affair, a little theme park feeling if you ask me as all the guards are actors (with fake beards!). Not sure how to feel about it.
Happy feet. In spite of the rain. (And it has been RAINING!) 😲👣🌊🌧

Want to help save the corals? Do not touch them. Do not step on them. Support/participate in ocean cleanups. Report ghost net sightings. Watch your move underwater. Only wear reef-safe sunscreen. Do not promote the trade of souvenirs made from dead corals. Reduce, reuse, recyle your trash so they do not end up tangled in the corals.
I'll be writing more about helping with coral conservation in our own ways at www.sojournsandstories.com soon! 😊
Disclaimer: Just to clarify, this shot was taken mid-turn, that's why my hand looks like a cobra's head, and nope, it did not touch the corals. 😂

The skies of the eastern Sierra’s weren’t half bad this weekend...
I’ve been home for less than a day and I’m already wondering how much of the World Cup I have to watch before I tell Bobby to fack off 🙄 I don’t remember signing up for this 🤦🏼♀️😂 On the brightside, my boy Alex is going on a date at 9 and I am ROOTING for him! #loveisland
Happy Father’s Day to those in the U.S. 💛 Hope you enjoy a leisurely day with family
Gosh, this village is soooooooo cute! And I bet he has 🥖🥖 in his bag.
I have been catching up on the news and I am sadden with what’s going on with the children who have been separated from their parents.
I was five-years-old when I came to America. My dad was on a student visa. I had many friends from Vietnam, Laos etc with parents who came as refugees. The move wasn’t good for me. I was extremely close to my grandpa and it was a traumatic experience having to have been separated from him. I missed him so much and it made me very ill. Up to this day I still remember one of my many nightmares from those sick days.
Just last year I actually had a panic attack whilst going through therapy and believe it or not, a lot of my negative feelings stem from those few months when I was five years old.
I hope these families get reunited again and that the childhood trauma will one day heal ❤️
