He who teaches, learns.
I have received some questions about exercise and diet plan from my friends recently.
I’m so glad that some of my friends decided to do exercise, and the others pay attention to balance diet.
I’m so glad that I can answer thier questions as much as possible. Even though I’m not professional, it's said that “He who teaches, learns”. We can always learn from each other. I will tell them all I know!!😝
I hope that more and more people like doing exercise and join us!!
i hope that I will become more and more specialized some day.💕
The day is almost over 😢😭 One more epic day to go! Tickets still available for the remaining films! Link in our BIO! 😎

Did you know that we are all born with relatively equal quantities of fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibres?
And.... that the future ratio is developed and determined predominantly between the ages of 3 - 7 years of age?
This is extremely important because it tells us that what we do as a child dictates how able and resilient we will be as adults.
PARENTS: get your kids off the couch for a bit, away from the screens for a while and make them move some.
Make it variable, make it preferably unloaded and make it fun.
Eg. Gymnastics🤸♀️is my all time recommendation or team/solo sports ⚽️🏀🎾🏄♂️✅
Teach them patience, teach them the importance of good form and relinquish them of any external expectations especially from YOU!
Make it about them, because it is.
This could be one of the greatest gifts you could give your child.
Having the ability to navigate life with the best version of themselves allows them to live life to the fullest.
Where they want, how they want for as long as they want!
Obviously there are exceptions to this as there are some of us who are genetically abundant in one type or another but that isn’t really apparent unless they train anyway or are already competing at an elite level. Bottom line is it all comes down to movement.
It’s common knowledge that all our advancements in technology have made us the least active generations in human history and it will only get worse.
Give your child a head start so they have a choice to pursue health if they so decide when they are older.
What I had as a young man was a lot of positive male influences in my life. To know that someone outside of my family dynamics was there to help me along the way, give me guidance, teach me new things, and show physicals love is such an uplifting feeling. Now when I see young men or have the opportunity to work with them I always want to show them a warm embrace whenever I get the chance. Men be men to the youth so they can turn into good men. Operate like Christ. His hold is the strongest embrace we will ever feel. “His left hand is under my head, and his right hand embraces me.” Song of Solomon 2.6. #amen#reborn#embrace#newembrace#holdtight#holdon#showlove#teachtheyouth#love#teach#respect#happiness#teachtheyouth#passion#ctgospel
From Tony Robbins’ ‘Unleash the Power Within’ where he speaks about habits changing and forming. Regardless what you may think of the man and his, what some may say, over-the-top personality, he hits the nail on the head with this topic.
To put it simply, many of us severely limit ourselves, purely because we believe we are something, when in reality we are just the sum of all of our habits. If we are able to change our habits, we can change ourselves!
The problem is that many of us are so attached to our habits, we let them form our identity without ever really stopping to think…. Is this the person I want to be?
Is this how I want to feel?
Does this habit serve a purpose to me?
Am I acting with intention or out of habit?
A good measure of this is to distinguish your identity.
I know, you’re probably like what is this ‘whoo-whoo’ crap you’re talking about! Buttttt I’m serious and this actually has helped sooo many people I’ve worked with. I mean think about it, have you ever actually sat down and written out on paper who you want to be?! The first time I did this about 3 years ago, I was baffled because who I realized I was in that moment was not who I wanted to be. But taking the first step to becoming aware of that is the most important step you can take. From there it’s all math… just reverse engineering! You see where you want to be, and then you look at each habit it takes to get there.
In my mind it would go something like this…
I SAY: “I WANT TO BE THE BEST COACH POSSIBLE, ALWAYS ENERGETIC AND CONFIDENT”
I ASK: “SO WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE?” I ANSWER: “IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WHO MOVES QUICKLY, WALKS UPRIGHT, SMILES AT EVERYONE, AND IS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE.” . .
I rarely sit behind a desk. My dad, a former school superintendent, once gave me a bit of advice when I started my teaching career in 1990. He said, “A teacher on her feet is worth 2 on her seat.” Once, I needed a desk to hide behind when I was wearing a skirt with a slit up the back and a pair of thigh high panty hose for the first time. Back then, we were required to wear pantyhose, and my coworker suggested I buy “thigh highs” when I complained that pantyhose were too hot. I didn’t know they came in different sizes and had bought a pair way too big. While writing on the chalkboard, the thigh highs slowly started gathering around my ankles. I was teaching middle school at the time: the age that is more than happy to point out any flaw they might find in you. I just walked behind my podium, reached down, pulled the hose off, stuffed them in a book, and went back to teaching.
