Happy independence day to the country that refuses to want me despite the fact that I know nothing else. I love you enough to expect better from you and this is not who you are, America. Clean yourself up for all our sakes. #dreamer#daca#thankyoupresidentobama#4thofjuly
I honestly have the upmost respect, highly admire, and always motivated by this incredible idol. What he represents and the work he put in to get to where he did and where he is at is incomparable. I honestly don’t understand how a lot of my brothers and sisters can hate him, but I respect everyone’s opinion. I know some folks say he didn’t do anything for black people.. Hey, everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion. However, in a plethora of my peers and I eyes (Psychologically), Pres. Obama was and is an inspiration and provides hope and motivation that anything is possible, once he put your mind to it, apply discipline, and a humble ambition. Plus my mama LOVE Barack almost as much as Denzel 😂😂 #thankyoupresidentObama
7 years ago today, late in the evening, President Obama walked to a podium in The White House and began to address The Nation... A Nation that was A Decade into this thing The Monster Osama Bin Laden unleashed on The USS Cole, Our Embassies in Africa, The World Trade Center Bombing in 1993, and of course The worst by far... The Attacks on American Soil on September 11, 2001... So on May 2 , 2011... We Finally GOT HIM... I remember how people danced in the streets as one American People Again... Ill always remember the words President Obama gave that evening. My eternal Thanks to All The Presidents that had a horse in that race, President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, Seal Team 6, Every Soldier and civilian that has fought and died in The War on Terror, and ALL who contributed to this day... God Bless The Dead, God Bless The Missing, God Bless those left behind and God Bless America!!!!! #otd#onthisdayinushistory#ushistory#history101#history#historychick#historygirl#historygeek#historynerd#thankyoupresidentobama#wegothim#thedeathofbinladen#godblessamerica#anelephantnv4gets
“Thanks, Mr. president
For all the things you’ve done
The battles that you’ve won
The way you deal with U.S steel
And our problems by the ton
We thank you so much, EVERYBODY!” -Lana Del Rey #ThankyouPresidentObama#trumpfuckyourself
So Today makes 1 year that my dad has been home after being Pardoned by President Obama’s Clemency Project! For those of you that don’t know he received 2 life sentences for a non violent drug offense and look what God did. I must say it has been amazing, just being able to do everyday things together again, the big and the small things. You know, it’s really terrible what the prison system does to families and I am so grateful that our bond was able to not only survive, but possibly grow stronger. Unfortunately everyone does not have the type of story we have been blessed with. Our experience has opened our eyes and hearts to a community that might of slipped passed us if we didn’t go through it ourselves. We’ve both grown so much through this and I can see the positive with clear sight. I know why God chose us for this battle, and I know why we won. We always Believed his freedom would become a reality and here we are 1 year Post Prison. The power of belief and gratitude will bring magic into your life, believe that! (Pun intended lol) With that being said there’s a lot of work we have to do to manifest our vision into reality. I’m just happy to be here man, it has not been easy but one thing is certain it has completely changed the trajectory of my life and my mindset, for the better of course. #redwineoverfedtime. (My video was too long for insta so I split it in two. Watch both for the full effect lol 🤗) #thankyoupresidentobama#obama#clemency#gratitude#belief#miraclesarereal#askbelievereceive#motivation#anythingispossible#family#love#daddysgirl#prisonsystemsucks

Hung this bad boy up on the tree today! Still proud of what we accomplished and not ready to give up the fight for affordable health care for all! #thankyouPresidentObama#ACA
On Thursday 16th of November, 2017, as part of YALI Cohort 8 Simulation Exercise, I acted as Hon. Ousamane Mey, the Minister of Finance of Cameroon to represent the country at the 172nd OPEC Conference on why Africa cannot depend on Fossil Fuel. I was there with the President, H. E Paul Biya, the Energy Minister, the Science and Innovations Minister and our able Communications Minister.
It was a very difficult exercise but full of fun. Our Group Members made up of talented innovators from all over the West Africa Sub Region put up a Splendid performance. Our Group Leader from Nigeria was so spectacular. She deserves all the accolades on earth.
Even though the time for the rehearsal for the exercise was short, we did our best.
Financial Figures were flowing like never before, I just remembered my University Days.
Out of 8 Groups, we placed 3rd. Very Competitive indeed.
Team Cameroon all the way.
Congratulations to Team Liberia for emerging 2nd and Team Burkina Faso for emerging
What a Conference. You would never know it was just a Simulation Exercise.
The GIMPA Executive Conference Hall was lovely and lively like never before.
YALI has indeed come to stay. Africa has the men and women. Let's step out and make the change we seek.

This is how a president talks to and about their country... just a reminder, in case anyone forgot, we used to have a competent, compassionate, intelligent, mature person running this country... again, #thankyoupresidentobama
Some give Red Cross a bad rap but after Super Storm Sandy they checked in on my Mom just about every day & brought supplies with them. I will always be grateful. It's easy to donate. It took me about 3 seconds. Follow the prompts in President Obama's twitter post shared here.
"No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."

Today I march in spirit for the Affordable Care Act; for all that it protects and all it was able to achieve. I chose a better life for myself and my family, and Obamacare made that a possibility. Now let's fight to make that possible for future generations. And remember, when things seem overwhelming and scary, choosing happiness, even when your hands shake, is a form of rebellion.
So this is it,8 incredible years come to an end..
I just want to say THANK YOU❤In my opinion there couldn't have been a better leader than Barack Obama.I really have to say,my heart is full of honor, sympathy and gratitude for everything he has achieved. Also Michelle was such an amazing first lady. All her speeches and everything they did for this country, this was amazing.
I wish the best for their future and again,THANK YOU❤You were loved and you will always be.@barackobama@michelleobama
And before anyone asks, no I am not an American citizen but I think and I do not only think so it's a fact that the politicans in other countries, especially in such an important country like America, affect the whole world. So I am just thankful for the great job the Obamas did! They are what I call great role models! ❤👏💪 Nothing about royals, but on this day I think I am allowed to thank these two❤
