~THE FOURTH TRIMESTER BODY IS THE MOST FEMININE BODY~
The post-partum body is ought to be reverenced as it is the embodiment of divine TRANSFORMATION! It is THE MOST FEMININE BODY A WOMAN WILL EVER HAVE because it is a direct result of housing and nurturing another human being. This is DIVINE FEMININITY! THIS IS MOTHER NATURE...PROOF THAT LIFE EXISTS! The skin will stretch, the breast will be enlarged and fill with life saving fluid, stretch marks may appear and the weight that was added to your body to sustain a life may go to certain places, including your backside. HEYYY! 👐🍑😊😂
All of this happened to me and I embrace EVERY SINGLE PART OF the process of birthing a NEW ME as I birthed my own babies. The fourth trimester in pregnancy is something that is not often talked about...Although it is very much a part of womanhood as it is to have pubic hair, menstrual cycles, enlarge breasts, wide hips, big thighs etc...it is rarely ever glorified. As if this stage in womanhood isn't one to be GLORIFIED!
Educating women on all of what being a MOTHER entails throughout all four trimesters in a pregancy will allow room for MORE LOVE and GENTLENESS in this amazing time of a woman's life. THE WORLD IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE because of women who are vessels for creation. This is the final stage for many of us and if this isn't beautiful, I don't know what is!
I no longer look like a regular woman...
I look like I took part in creation!
I GIVE THANKS FOR CURRENTLY HOUSING ANOTHER BEING IN MY WOMB and making this world a better place 🙏🏽 💛♀️

“All I knew is that I never wanted to be average.” 💪🏻 - Michael Jordan
We always teach our boys that we don’t expect them to win every race or get an A+ on every test. But what we do expect, is 💯 percent of their effort.
Being average is expecting an average outcome based on the mediocre effort put in.
If you want to be exceptional, you need to put in more work! That’s it.
Never settle always strive for excellence because you’re worth it.
Do a little more every single day by setting the bar higher and higher for yourself, and reach that bar every time!
Now go be the Warrior Mom you were meant to be!

Any Leagues That I Can Join ?
Overweight after baby, covered up in a cardigan in the Midwest heat, self conscious, eating whatever I wanted because it was a holiday, so unhappy with how I looked & felt.
Fast forward one year.
Healthy, full of confidence, loving the way I look & feel, eating a little of everything, treating myself to 3 cookies for dessert while still keeping my mindset on healthy, proud of what my body has done.
Wonder what I've been doing? I'd love to chat! -
‘Lifting weights makes you look manly’
Never be afraid to do what you want to do and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
From being the ‘bigger friend’ to a PT & sponsored athlete. If you want to do it, you will. .
I’ve a few spaces left for online training Dm me for info🏋🏻♀️
This journey has been a great one! I am currently on a lean bulk and it’s going as plan. I am currently at 194lbs and getting stronger each day. My personal record’s or pr’s have gone up since I started. My squat went up 80lbs, my bench increased by 75lbs, and my deadlift went up by 100lbs! If you set your mind to something, results will follow. It’s NEVER too late to go for your goals! 🔥💪🏻🐺🏋🏻♂️
Happy Sunday evening babes 💗
Drinking my @womensbest shake in their new flavour raspberry & vanillaaa 😛🍓🍦 (there’s no raspberry emoji ok🌝). Hope you’re all enjoying the bank holiday weekend🌞 #womensbest#sp

Postpartum update! From 1 week postpartum, to 10 months: I couldn’t be more pleased with what hard work can accomplish! This isn’t a transformation of me magically bouncing back; this is a result of 7 months breastfeeding/pumping for twins, intuitive clean eating (no calorie counting), and consistency with my workouts. Slowly but surely my ab separation is healing & my muscles are becoming tighter resulting in a flat stomach again. My goal for the next year is to work on definition! But the moral of the story is to be patient with yourself. Anyone with ab separation knows it doesn’t heal overnight, or in 3 months. You can’t expect a 6 pack without properly healing your core first. Focus on exercises for healing diastasis (I used @knockedupfitness) & cardio to tighten the skin- and with time your hard work will pay off! #postpartumtransformation#transformation

Remember when you overlooked me.. Keep that same energy || REAL TALK tho, stretching is extremely important practice to add to your daily routine to be on your way to better health. Even if you are not planning on exercising vigorously, it is still important . Incorporating stretching into your daily routine allows muscles to be well circulated and ultimately healthier. Increase in flexibility, decrease in soreness, improves posture, and lets you recharge and unwind your mind. #flexthenstretch
