Happy Wednesday. Are you having a hard time moving forward? It's easy to go through life looking backwards, thinking of what went wrong, or all the could've should've would've possibilities. Unfortunately when you do this, when you are living in regret, it's going to keep you from experiencing Gods best.
You cannot do anything about the past. You have to move past it and move forward. If you keep bringing negative baggage from yesterday into today it undoubtedly will poison your future. You may have had a rocky start in life, or a few unfair seasons, but know that is not where you will finish. Choose to move forward and God will vindicate you.
Every morning when you get up forgive the people that have done you wrong. Forgive yourself for mistakes you've made. Life is too short and some baggage is too heavy to continue to carry around day after day. Forgive that parent who hurt you. Forgive that friend who betrayed you. Forgive that employer who mistreated you. Most of all forgive yourself for your imperfections.
You cannot change the past, but you can change the future. The longer you dwell on the past, the longer it will take for God to release new and better things in your life. Today I encourage you to let go and move forward. I know it may seem hard to see at this moment, but better days are ahead. I promise if you continue to just push forward the rest of your life will be the best of your life. Have an awesome day. #quotes#typography#writing#quoteoftheday#inspire#inspiring#motivation#happiness#bloggers#blogging#selflove#quotestoliveby#quotesdaily#quotesoftheday#selfcare inspirationalnote #inspirationandmotivation#inspirationalchic#inspirationalday#inspirationalwordsofinstagram#inspirationcouture#inspirationalquoutes#inspirationaldiaries#inspirationmode#inspirationalpost#inspirationquotedaily
Love love love this quote!! Sometimes it’s hard to remember that even though we can’t always control the events that happen in our lives, we can control how we react to them. If you always choose to see the good in a situation it makes it a lot easier to get through the tough times then if you’re always focused on the negative.
If you don’t like where things are going, change the set of your sails!!
Another thought came while I was capturing this image.
So many of us have the tools, chances and everything for read, open up our horizons, and enrich our mind. We have our gadgets and we have the capability to access every upgraded informations arround us, every news, every information, every papers, journals etc in every time. We have a lot more than he has. The question is, how many of us use it that way as this old man use his newspaper? How many of us have the intention to READ and upgrade ourself as serious, as concentrate, as focus, as this old man? SADLY, embarrassingly, so many of us, ONLY updating ourself to social media, hoping for likes, replies, compliments, comments which is not UPGRADING our real self. From now on, don't we just sit and scroll and updating unimportant, undeveloping things for our self!
Let's live a life, update some impactful work, and UPGRADE our life! Make it count. 🍻

“Thinking of you” by @melcerri for today’s #GoodtypeTuesday with @aigaraleigh and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
This #GoodtypeTuesday, we are doing it for the kids!
In case you haven’t heard, AIGA Raleigh and HP Graphic Arts are joining forces to create 1000 cards for the patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in an initiative dubbed Design for Hope.
The goal for this project is to shine a light on a group of people who deserve it through art and creativity by providing the patients with unique sets of cards to share with those they care about. Thanks to Design for Hope’s print partners at HP, the patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive these card sets for free.
We are taking this Goodtype Tuesday to bring more awareness to the campaign and give you the opportunity of designing a card (or several) for the kids! For more information on how to officially enter your design(s), please visit rlghd.co/dfh or swipe up at link in story. There you will find templates and more information on the initiative, the timeline and the specs.
The team at St. Jude have requested the below topics, specifically. You’re welcome to interpret the topic in a way that resonates with you. But remember, these are cards that the KIDS will be giving to their parents, caregivers, doctors, nurses, and friends. Feel free to add some humor where appropriate and avoid any crude language—smiles are the goal!
