On the road again to melbourne for the @trailsplus Tan100 this sunday. Carrying a few niggles but with the goal of just to put ks in the legs over winter I'm looking forward to a great weekend full of banter with a few mates... and hopefully following along with the @wser#altra#altraredteam
Today was “the day that never ended” at work. I was so sure that my run would be cold and miserable as the day crept on and on. Then I saw this and I was so glad I had such a long day because it meant I was right there, in this spot, just as the sun dipped behind the mountain 😍💜🏔

Looking straight ahead to the weekend friends. This time next week I'll be in a different time zone and a different climate... getting ready to take on road marathon number 5! I'll probably be crying about how much I miss my fam 💔 and how under trained I am 💩 ... but I'm mentally tougher than I've ever been before ...so 🤷♀️ at least I did the taper thing this time 👌
Running up the last Summit of Mt. Saksa. For some reason I can not understand why there's more runners in the Sunnmøre Alps. 🎥 @tommyhaga

The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.
My dream started out wanting to get fit and run around the harbourside without stopping (4km). After a couple of months, I could do that. Of course my dream changed. I thought big. I took on a 10km. Then a year or so later (and a lot of training), a half marathon.
I never thought for a second my dreams of running a full marathon would come true. But they did. And then some. Because I did my first 100km last year and I had the BEST experience. In 4 days time I will be running my second ultra (85km). I have undoubtedly achieved more than I ever thought was capable.
My dreams now are to inspire, motivate and encourage others to believe in themselves too - because there really is no limit to where your dreams can take you.
In the words of my old football coach....take out the “T” because you can, you will and you should 🏃🏼♀️
(glad to see he taught me something ⚽️😂)
What a nice guy! I met the first ever 100 mile runner and @wser trail legend Gordy today at his home. Thanks a lot again for the nice talk and informations you gave me. I hope to finish my first 100 miler as good as you did in your first race. Age of 75, Gordy is still running and rock climbing. And on Saturday he is starting at the @wser as well and trying to finish under 30 hours. Can you believe that? That‘s just incredible. When I am 75 years old I wanna be as fit as Gordy is now! I wish you all the best for your race Gordy! 🙌
Mountains matter for everyone. Today is #InternationalMountainDay, a day to celebrate mountain culture and reflect on how mountains move us, inspire us and sustain us.
