Continuing with my cardamom kick 👟 I’ve added it to my favorite grain free brownies 😆 and it’s hard to describe the joy I feel for these brownies 🤤... let’s just say they’re delicious 😋 PLUS! These good-for-you brownies are loaded with goodness like real cacao powder 🍫 from @healthworkschef and only slightly sweetened with plantains, apples 🍎 and a touch of @nunaturals stevia. Because sugar sucks😜 Ready for a nerdy 🤓 food fact?... What’s the difference between cacao and cocoa powder? 🍫While they are pretty interchangeable, the health benefits and processing are quite a bit different. 🤔
Raw cacao is made by cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans ⛄️This process keeps the living enzymes in the cocoa and removes the fat (cacao butter). Cacao is the highest source of antioxidants and magnesium of all foods 😯 In fact cacao is packed with all sorts of goodness:
Magnesium (great for “that time of the month”) 🤫and other essential minerals like calcium, sulfur, zinc, iron, copper, potassium, and manganese Polyphenols, antioxidant rich flavonoids

Pudding nach Anleitung zubereiten
🍰optional 2 EL Sojajoghurt und 1EL Chiasamen 🍰Oberfläche mit Stachelbeeren bedecken und bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 40 min backen.

If you’ve never made chia pudding before stop what you’re doing right now and go and make it! This healthy breakfast (or snack) is super creamy and completely dairy free.
Chia seeds are an excellent source of protein, omega 3s, calcium, iron, and soluble fibre.
I used homemade cashew milk in my pudding but you could use any store bought variety or canned coconut milk. Top with fresh fruit, jams, sliced almonds, granola, maple syrup, or enjoy it on its own.

So this week I am turning 24 and for the next 24 days I would like to run a birthday fundraiser for the initiative that I really care about.
Last week @sentiencepolitics has launched a political initiative called Massentierhaltungsinitiative that will attempt to get rid of cruel factory farming methods in Switzerland.
If 100 000 signatures are collected in the next 18 months, there will be a national vote whether the country wants such practices to exist or not. The initiative has potentially a huge impact by attracting public attention to what goes behind their food and improving welfare of animals. Additionally, factory farms are not only bad for animals, they cause huge environmental harm and contribute to hunger in developing countries.
I would really like to see a world where factory farms do not exist and animals are treated with respect rather than a commodity. This initiative is the first step to getting there.

slightly untraditional spaghetti bolognese 🍝 there’s so many ways to make a vegan bolognese, and my favourite is a mixture of meat free mince, green lentils and mushrooms but you could use just one of those things 😊 i cook it with onion, carrot, vegetable stock, garlic, some sort of greens, rosemary and chopped tomatoes for my favourite recipe!! cheap, easy and great for batch cooking 👌🏻 and then you can mix with spaghetti (like i did in this photo when i had this meal) or rice or pasta or have with garlic bread or other bread or by itself or with potatoes or basically do whatever you want 😂🙌🙌

Healthy, vegan lunch of today: 10-minute buddha bowl
👨🏻🍳Cooked whole grain pasta/or any whole grain you like (@vegandogkiwi also got some for her dinner. She loves pasta/who doesn’t?)
✅Stewed in a pan without oil but with plain tomato sauce & water:
1 sweet potato
1 red onion
1 block of tofu
4 big tomatoes
✅Plus dried herbs, spices and half a lemon freshly squeezed over it. Pro tip: add the spices in the middle of the stewing so the flavor distributes evenly. -
🥒I also added cucumber slices and canned corn as another whole grain and extra flavor (I love corn! Check out my recent post @vegainstrength about corn). 🌽
💚One portion for me and one for @scorpionmind which she couldn’t finish so I helped her out 😋💪🏼

Hey vegan food friends👋🏻💕 just wanted to share with you my everyday #oatmeal recipe because I get so many messages from you guys about this☺️
• 1 cup (=80g) of rolled oats • 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 cups of water
And that’s it ☺️ Of course don’t forget to top your oatmeal with some fruits, nuts, nutbutter and cinnamon😍
