Just because I am semi naked doesn't mean I don't deserve sharp edges....
Ever since I started cake decorating as a self taught caker nearly 10 years ago, then as I did my 6 months internship at Planet Cake all I wanted to do was make razer sharp cake edges.... sharp! It still gives me so much satisfaction using my huge stainless scaper and slicking it over buttercream or ganache...
