This exquisite rendering by Yoram Roth jumped off the page and into my day. It spoke to me on so many levels. Not only is the protea South Africa’s National flower but it also symbolizes transformation. We are that flower staying tight in a bud or choosing to bloom, grow and transform. I recently completed a 90 day meditation where we each chose one word to beam out to the world each morning during our sadhana. My word had been tapas or discipline in every aspect of my life but especially electronically. I took a 3 month detox from Facebook & Insta and threw myself into releasing my paper patient charts and converting to electronic charts only. I love my patients and I loved my paper patient charts. It was difficult but it has allowed the clinic to move forward and transform into a more efficient centre of healing. The younger physicians are already electronic. I had to trust, let go and transform. •
It’s time for me to inhale and then exhale a new word for next 3 months and I’ve chosen ‘play’. I nearly chose ‘bloom’ but play for me means living a life being curious, living a life without fear, living a life without anxiety. •
So, what word would you choose? What word would choose you? I’d love to hear your word of choice for the now!
My next #tracymyintent Project is for a coworker who overcame significant life challenges, yet she still has an optimistic and caring attitude on life. 💖 These are her personal words: .
"My word STRONG is a little message to myself about how far I’ve come in the past few years. My whole life has changed drastically. I moved across the country, got a divorce, improved my health, changed careers, got into school, and learned a million things about myself in the process. The most important lesson is that I’m strong and I’m doing it all on my own. The dragonfly signifies strength, transformation, and intuition. The color is like the ocean, one of my favorite colors. I requested this keychain to have a reminder that I can carry with me everywhere and smile knowing I’m stronger than I ever thought I could be."

Faith Friday - Do you have a word for the year?
My word this year is FAITH ... the confidence in what I hope for and assurance about what I cannot see. (Hebrews 11:1)
God reminded me in the toughest of seasons to see beyond the temporary hardship to the bigger story of hope He was writing in love.
I stand in complete confidence of what is not yet but will be. I can see it. I can hear it. I can taste it. I can feel it.
If you could choose a word that represents what you most hope God will do in you and you could focus on it for the year, what would your word be?

I was recently shown the website and mission for @thegivingkeys and fell in love with what they are trying to achieve.
I bought 3 keys for people who I believed needed something to hold onto through hard times and times of healing, myself included.
Someone very special to me told me my word and it made me so tearful because it is something I have never ever believed I am.
Not worthy of love. Not worthy of affection or attention. Not worthy of the relationships I've had. My own needs and feelings were not worthy of consideration.
These things are most certainly worthy.
This is my word and I will learn to embrace it.
I am worthy.
