I think it’s as much about strength as it is about believing in yourself.
Slo-mo and full speed of part of my @thecompoundtraining ninja 2018 comp run.
Hopefully you can see where I fully back myself with every bit of confidence I have.
Those who know me understand I’m not an overly confident person so this is kind of a big deal for me and one of the things I’m benefiting most from Ninja training and competing.
You should join me! Come play some ninja!

My shoulder is giving me a little more grief than normal at the moment. As someone who wholly believes in ‘over-thinking’, I’ve got a few ideas as to why this is.
I’ve been typing a blog post about shoulders and have spoken to a few industry superheroes for their input.
Who’d be keen to read about it?
Who would you like to hear from in relation to shoulder injury and rehab?
I’ve been struggling to ‘launch’ my training this year. Moving to a new gym has been quite difficult to get used to. But I’m kicking myself in the ass and setting a goal of 100 pull-up variations a day this month. 2800 pull-ups
For anyone who wants to join, rules are as follows;
Do 100 pull-ups per day.
Variations count, do them on whatever you want. I’m sure I’ll do some on the underside of the stairs at work later.
Maybe muscle ups should count as two? Hmmm.
I’m not good with rules.
Just do a 100 pull-ups. Simple. Ha.

This was a lazy ‘3’ for my last climb of the day. My fingers were raw, forearms were toast and I was cooked. Stick a fork in me, I’m done!
I think I’ve been here maybe four times now; I have much to learn but I am eager to get it. You’ll see me more, @baysiderock. You’ll see me some more. Thanks for the rocks to climb.
