I use to fear being a stay at home mom. I used to think I would lose my identity and self worth by leaving a career that made me feel respected and independent. It was a scary day for me when I decided to be a stay at home mom and take on the job of managing my household and family. It turns out that this was a decision that made me feel more empowered. More respected and more confident than ever. Managing this little army I have created is no easy task. I have a newfound appreciation for #stayathomemoms as this is by far the HARDEST MOST IMPORTANT THANKLESS JOB ON THE PLANET! I am helping to raise the future by applying all the things I’ve learned in my life. STRUCTURE, I believe, is at the root of development. I try and teach by example. I try to show them that just because I’m home doesn’t mean that I don’t have #workethic. This can’t be taught. It is witnessed and practiced. A major part of what I do with health and fitness is a lesson..not only for me but for my children. I am teaching them structure. Dedication. Commitment. Physical work. Self care. Pride. Respect. And work-ethic. You don’t have to get up and physically go to work to work. In fact the hardest work we will ever do is that of raising respectful motivated happy well cultured and rounded children. I’m proud of my promotion and forever title “mom” because is it the most exclusive respectful job on this planet. -

One step for me to be a WINNER for the day is to make my bed!! Morning rituals are so often overlooked for countless reasons. “I don’t have time.” “I don’t see the point.” Or “I’ll do it later.” Any if these sound familiar?? The point of making a morning routine, as well as night routine, that you stick to every single day is to help control the middle part of your day. It is easy to see that if you can control the first and last 30 minutes of your day that the middle portion of your day is a lot more likely to be controlled!! I started this company just shy of 6 years ago with a dream to create something bigger then myself. A platform to help change lives, teach others to find strength in what once may have been “perceived” as a weakness and above all teach them how to find strength to achieve their own personal goals. This was all designed in honor of my family name because this is how I was raised. Do things for the good of others, help whenever you can and give back! Anyone who knows me personally and my family can attest to this. Whenever life throws me curveballs I am always grounded and humbled by them. As I am speaking with my mother this am she was running to donate handmade blankets that she made to the homeless to insure that the babies are warm this winter and then taking her sister in laws father out for ice cream who is in a nursing home. It is the little things that go a long way. .
These are my values. We are all put on this earth for a reason and my end goal was to always help others and change lives the best way I know how. I started off studying psychology and dance, however after moving to NYC I discovered my true calling as a fitness and wellness enthusiast. I have learned from the best and hope to continue this growth and tradition. As another year approaches we have BIG PLANS and cannot wait to share them with all of you. I want to say THANK YOU to those who have supported us always through the bumps, our growth and forever change that we are creating. “We” as a team and “I” would not be here without you. Things change 🙌🏼 Früher waren es He Man Figuren, Lego Technik oder eine neues Spiel für den Game Boy 🕹. Über all das habe ich mich gefreut und vieles davon zum Geburtstag oder zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen.
Heute gibt es andere Geschenke, die viel wertvoller sind als Spielzeug, aber was weiss man schon als 10 jähriger Junge 😃 Als dieses riesen Bild Anfang letzte Woche in einer riesen Verpackung bei uns im Office ankam, dachte ich erst es wäre ein Schrank oder ein anderes Möbelstück, lol! Das sich in dem Paket so ein schönes und vor allem so großes Bild befindet hat uns echt umgehauen. Das Bild zeigt nicht nur, dass für uns wichtigste, nämlich TEAM💯, sondern bringt auch eine mega Stimmung in unser Büro. Wir denken alle gern an die Zeit in Köln zurück und kommen direkt ins Träumen! The time I flew across the country and showed up on your doorstep at 11:55PM on Christmas Eve so you and dad wouldn’t celebrate Christmas alone. The time I flew across the country just to spend time with you when I knew I was going to get super busy. The time I flew home for a month without a second thought. Mama. You deserve the world and I would move mountains and give you the world if I could. I strive to get to my next level to be a half of the woman you have become. Nothing less than exceptional, intelligent, inspiring, motivated, ambitious, outspoken, kindred, kind, helpful, grateful for even the smallest things and so much love to give. You are a woman’s role model for sure and for all ages few and far between. I idolize you, your compassion, your work ethic, your drive, your presentation and I couldn’t speak highly enough about the mother you have been to me. Developing a work ethic takes time, commitment, diligence and a willingness. Now more than ever our kids need this type of training and development. I believe one of the ways work ethic can be learned is through modeled behavior. Children are always watching you. Whether at work, home, school or recreation... they’re watching. .
So since they’re watching, give em’ something worthwhile to look at.
Are you complaining when you work?
Do you watch the clock while working?
Do you whistle while you work?😝
Do you give your all when you work?
Are you joyful and at peace while working?
Are you passionate about working?
These are questions to ask yourself whether you work for yourself or work for others.
I think several people out there who think they need the hard work, consistency, and patience in order to start on their own personal journey. And they put it off, or don’t even give themselves a chance, because they think they don’t have what it takes to reach their goals.
But y’all, I have gained SO much from my journey besides the the physical aspects...including hard work, consistency, and patience. I’m telling ya, we are SO much more than exercise & eats. I bet you’ll even surprise yourself when you put that EFFORT and BELIEF in yourself. I believe in you!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
