This is an authentic smile because I had just finished with an interview for an article in the August issue of @rivervalleywoman and I really like the woman writing the article and taking the picture!

Sure I can throw a meal plan at you , and if you follow the steps I lay before you you will reap results!!! And I recommend this when you have a specific goal , like a wedding or a vacation comming. When you want to looses X amount of weight by X date . This is the route!

My leg & shoulder workout from Tuesday AM!
I started going to the gym in the morning again this week and there is seriously nothing better!
For some reason I recently convinced myself that I am no longer a morning person and was hitting the snooze button until I just had enough time to get ready for work and get out the door.
I made a promise to myself to try a little bit harder this week and try to get back into my old morning routine. I couldn’t be happier to be honest. The first day was hard and all I wanted to do was hit the snooze button and climb back into bed (which I did for a few minutes) but after some self convincing and knowing I would regret not going, I got my butt out of bed and made it to the gym.
If you aren’t a morning gym goer already, I highly recommend it! The gym is quiet, you don’t need to look your best 😉, you have more energy throughout the day, and you don’t need to worry about the 5pm rush after work. Trust me & try it! You won’t be sorry!
#throwbackthursday To that time one of my BFFs asked an aspiring bodybuilder to be in her wedding party. I wasn't completely comfortable with my new physique and remember praying I didn't look too muscular in all of the pictures. 😬 The wedding ended up falling just after I decided to go for it and complete in my first show. I was 8 weeks out and it was the first time I attempted to travel with prepped food and realized big social events while in prep were a bit stressful. I had no idea what I was doing and completely winged it. I can't recall exactly how I handled everything that weekend other than it's the most sober I've ever been at a wedding. 😂 But I still had the best time celebrating my forever friend's very special day, something I will always remember! ❤️❤️❤️
Some examples of shoulder accessory work I do after bench once a week 👆🏼 even though my main focus is on benching I still like to train my shoulders (for enjoyment and aesthetics). I usually stick to the basics cos I know they work .
Military press 12x3, tri set: 8 forward raises, 8 lateral raises, 10 rear delt raises x3 - I find doing these sat down is so much harder!! 10 wide grip upright row superset with 10 close grip upright row x3, finisher is the raise twist things (no idea what they’re called) I do as many as I can .
