I haven’t always had a “curvy” figure.. In fact, I was fairly square shaped before I started lifting and working out. Building your legs and upper body really helps give the illusion of an hourglass figure! ⏳big shout out to puberty too!

Stretch marks and water retention. Keeping it REAL. Didn't have the best reaction as I looked at the pic on the left, but as an influencer, I think I need to share also what I don't like about me. I love being down to earth with you all. Stretch marks, skin that isn't too smooth? Who cares! Too many years spent hiding, but we're beautiful regardless how our body looks like. This society put too much pressure on us. Perfection is not a way to self-love❤️. We are human and beautiful no matter what. Even those people you look at as a model are human😅! ..okay so in a year clearly I discovered tan AND hip thrusts 👻🤩 I train my entire body, 5/6 days a week, I love training, it’s my favourite escape and happy place, enjoy your time working on yourself. If you have an aesthetic goal such as “bigger glutes” or “bigger biceps”, like dramatically, then I suggest training that muscle proportionally more than other muscles 🤷♀️ I try to have 3 lower body days (sometimes 2), and I split them into quad focused, hamstring focused and ~full leg/compound~ if I have a 3rd day, all with glute isolated exercises mixed in. My fav glute targeting exercises? Hip thrusts, sumo deadlifts, deadlift variations, split squats... squats are really not ~the~ ‘booty building’ staple exercise. Also, food is life. I’m finallyyyyy consistent and getting to grips with my macros / calories so I’m not in an accidental deficit all like I was.

This👆🏼 is the reality many including myself have to go through and before I say something else, I’m so thankful for all supporting comments you give me everyday, you have no idea and I read them all 🙌🏼❤️ But the reality is when you post a flawless pic and show off your body, many will try to bring you down and hate, and if anyone post a picture with flaws or imperfections, you get love. I think everyone deserves love and beauty comes in so many different shapes 😌 During my first 4 years on instagram I got hateful comments and messages everyday because of my body and how I embraced it. No one have the right to call you these things because of your looks🙌🏼 Today many people realize how angles and lightning affects your looks so I think I killed the suspicions that I have implants in my butt 😅 These pics are taken with 10 sec between 💕 Swipe left for 🎥 .
Sharing this picture once again because someone needs to hear what God has put in my heart to share.
I think it’s important to remember where you came from and acknowledge how far we’ve come. I’m no where near perfect, and in fact, I’m definitely not where I want to be but what I do know is that I’ve come FAR from where I’ve been both mentality and physically and for me, that’s enough. There will be times when we feel like giving up, that it’ll feel like we’re starting over but believe me, you won’t be. You’ll just be taking the necessary steps you need to get to where you’re meant to be. We each have our individual journeys- and it’s up to us to remember to give ourselves the grace we deserve. Not everyday will be perfect: you’ll miss workouts, you’ll overeat, you’ll gain more weight then you’d like and you’ll lose it too. But hey, guess what: THAT won’t define you. Your perseverance and determination to never quit is what will. If you’re struggling right now and you feel like you’re getting nowhere, I assure you: you are. I encourage you to take a step back, look at the bigger picture and give yourself the credit you deserve. Oh, and accept it. Starting a “fitness journey” is not easy and I’m so proud of you that you’ve started. Don’t stop. ❤️

An addiction, no matter what it is, is something extremely hard to overcome. I had the gastric bypass 15 months ago, and it has helped me immensely and been an incredible tool in my journey. Now: ‘you look out of proportion’, ‘your legs are too big’, ‘ew your butt looks stupid, it’s not attractive’, ‘your too big’, ‘your too muscular’, ‘why do you want to look like a man?’ ‘Are you on steroids?’(lol NO)
YOU WILL NEVER PLEASE EVERYONE. But who said you had to try anyway?? Not everyone will understand you, your goals, why you choose to look a specific way. But that’s okay.
What’s more important is what makes YOU happy. How cliche and over used does that sound? BUT 👏🏼 IT 👏🏼 IS 👏🏼 SO 👏🏼 RELEVENT 👏🏼 !!!!
