Guess who just ran 3 THREEEEE!!! miles on the treadmill at 8:25 pace completely comfortably, and even threw in a 2 min at 6:20 pace at the end because it felt so good?!! So very, very grateful for this amazing run.β€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ This was only my fifth run in four months. It doesn't make sense from a training perspective that it felt so easy, but it goes to show what can happen when you finally make your physical and mental health a priority. Working through my long standing nutritional deficiencies, working on all the dental stuff and ridding my body of bad bacteria, and using meditation, accupuncture, chiropractic and craniosacral therapy to let go of years and years of the physical and emotional baggage that's been living inside of me- that's what it takes. Just as with training- there is no one magic key. The answers are unlocked through a whole set of keys. It is a process. One you have to be ready to endure. But it's well worth it. P.S. My family makes fun of me for the "weird" way I show the number three. πŸ’ͺ you are a champ for never giving up or letting anything kick your ass (for long)!

  • @ajmontes25 10:08 PM Nov 7, 2017

Yaaaaay! @iruntons I can’t tell how happy this post made me. I believe it felt easy because we take the heavy baggage off it. Similar feeling when I ran for the first time after my last stress reaction. As far of the number three goes, I can say that’s the German way 😬ask me about it πŸ˜‚

Awesome job! Those are good points and definitely a mental challenge and rid of mental and physical burdens to accomplish all these! I recognize the number 3 myself since I am HOH. So it is definitely cool to see someone use it! ;)
