i had to switch up my training a little bit this week, so i got in some miles today followed by strength training 🙌🏼. it felt nice to run at a super easy pace after two faster runs in a row this weekend.
i’m going to indianapolis on thursday night to visit my sister for the weekend! we’re driving down to tennessee to see our friend we haven’t seen in 8 years and i’m so excited! i can’t wait to see my sister & our friend. thursday night can’t come soon enough ☺️☀️.
